Highway 30 and Lower Honoapiilani Road runs up the coast. The lower road glides past miles of moderately priced hotels and uninspired condominiums along a shore of non-stop beaches, some of them projecting right into a reef.

There's a shopping mall, Napili Plaza, along the stretch, but not too many places to stock up on supplies.

Napili is a classy address to have. It's just not as fancy or as elegant as neighboring Kapalua.
